Wellbeing is a big part of our Collective Success

Every one of us is more than part of the Fluid family. We are daughters and mums, dads and sons, grandparents and grandchildren.

Fluid was founded in the belief that work can be a place where people can proudly bring their whole self, where they are empowered to succeed and be happy and where we empower our clients to succeed and be happy.

We call this Collective Success. For National Work Life Week we’re sharing what that means to us, and how we’re making it happen.

Collective Success isn’t something we say. It’s what we’re doing everyday at work

Building Connection
We take an interest in the people around us. We create strong relationships by considering others' needs, taking supportive action and celebrating their successes. This is how we play our parts in building a positive work culture.

Encouraging Inclusion
We seek out different perspectives by inviting others to contribute and include different ideas to improve what we do.

Always learning
We think of ourselves as a work in progress. We ask: ‘What can we learn from this?’ and find ways to implement learning to improve our work.

Mental health is key to our Collective Success

One in four people in the UK experiences a mental health problem every year.  To mark World Mental Health day  we're introducing our mental health first aiders. Poppy and Stas provide a first point of contact plus support and guidance for our team.

A big shout out to us

Fluid was shortlisted for Best Tech Place to work in the Leeds Digital Festival Awards 2021.

We're proud of what we've achieved so far and we'll keep working for collective success.
